A structured container for building a steady, transformative personal practice.
I work with adults who want to feel more aligned with themselves — more confident, more grounded, and more capable of meeting their lives with clarity and compassion.
Many of the people I work with are navigating burnout, depression, persistent self-criticism, anxiety, life transitions, or complicated relationships with substances. Often, there’s a sense of disconnection — from the body, from purpose, from what actually matters.
This mentorship uses yoga — movement, breath, meditation, and reflection — as a practical framework for change.
Not as escape.
But as daily, embodied work that reshapes how you relate to yourself and your world.
How It Works
This is an 8-week mentorship container.
We meet once a week for 75 minutes (evenings or weekends). Between sessions, you commit to a consistent personal practice that we build together and refine as we go. I'll offer support through direct messaging.
Each session includes:
Intentional asana practice to build strength and embodied awareness
Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
Meditation to develop compassionate distance from reactive thinking
Direct conversation about what’s unfolding in your life
As you practice consistently, deeper patterns often surface — doubt, grief, old identity narratives, habits that no longer serve you. Instead of pushing them away, we learn how to engage them steadily and honestly.
The goal isn’t intensity.
It’s consistency.
The goal isn’t dependence.
It’s self-trust.
By the end of our work together, you will have a sustainable daily practice and the internal tools to continue on your own.
Investment
The full 8-week mentorship is $1,000.
Payment plans are available.
If you’re ready to commit to a consistent, holistic practice — and to engaging honestly with what arises — schedule a free 15-minute consultation below. We’ll talk about where you are and whether this work feels aligned.
"I started private yoga sessions with Adam; they've been relaxing and rejuvenating. I used to practice in larger class settings and was nervous about getting back into it, but Adam made the transition easy. He takes the time to understand your goals and thoughtfully tailors each session to support them. For the first time, I feel like I'm actually doing the poses correctly. It's been such a rewarding experience."
