Private coaching helps you find your yoga. My goal isn’t to have you be a client for life. My goal is for you to develop the skills and confidence necessary to embrace a daily practice that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit.
For you. For life.
A private yoga practice is one of the most powerful ways to build consistency, deepen your understanding, and create meaningful change in your life. Working one-on-one, we’ll design a practice that meets you where you are and supports where you want to go—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I currently have space for one new private client who’s ready to make a real commitment to their practice. Enrolling means an 8-week journey where we’ll meet weekly (evenings or weekends) to lay a strong foundation for a daily yoga routine—whether that’s at home, in the studio, or both.
Our time together will combine movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness, giving you practical tools to carry into your everyday life. My goal is for you to finish our series not just stronger and more flexible, but more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.
If you’re ready to build a transformative practice that truly fits your life, I’d love to work with you.
Private Sessions are 75 or 105 minutes, with 60 or 90 minutes of each session focused on the physical (asana) practice, and 15 minutes to discuss how it went and begin to dive deeper into a more holistic understanding of yoga. I encourage you to have your own mat, but can provide props such as a bolster, blocks, and a strap.
75 minute session—$100
105 minute session—$140

"I started private yoga sessions with Adam; they've been relaxing and rejuvenating. I used to practice in larger class settings and was nervous about getting back into it, but Adam made the transition easy. He takes the time to understand your goals and thoughtfully tailors each session to support them. For the first time, I feel like I'm actually doing the poses correctly. It's been such a rewarding experience."
